Hanne Vestergaard — Founder
Hanne started the company after a decade selling for a national installer and disliking almost everything about how it was done. There is no commission here and no evening sales call. She surveys about half our jobs herself and prices the rest.
Nikos Papathanasiou — Lead surveyor
Nikos measures every opening after the deposit rather than before, checks the lintel and photographs the reveals so the workshop knows what it is dealing with. Twenty-one years at it. He has been wrong about a measurement twice and remembers both occasions.
Ruth Adeyemo — Installation manager
Ruth runs the fitting teams and the schedule, which makes her the one who rings when a delivery slips. She used to fit windows herself and still picks up a bar when a job is running late. Bakes for the crews on Fridays!

FAQ answers
How long does a window installation take?
Most houses are done in one or two days — a fitting team handles six to eight windows a day, taking each opening out and closing it up before moving to the next. Nothing is left open overnight. Manufacture takes three to four weeks from the survey.
Is triple glazing worth the extra cost?
It adds roughly 18% to the frame cost and takes you from 1.2 to 0.8 W/m²K. On a north-facing wall, or a bedroom over a busy road, the gain in comfort and quiet is obvious. On a sheltered south elevation it is, honestly, marginal.
Do I need approval for a conservatory?
Frequently not, depending on the footprint, the eaves height and how close it sits to the boundary. We assess that at survey and handle any application ourselves. A conservatory separated from the house by external-quality doors also sidesteps most thermal requirements.
What guarantee comes with the windows?
Ten years on frames and sealed units, five on the moving parts — hinges, handles and locks — and two on the installation itself. All of it is insurance-backed, and we hold spares for every system we have fitted since 2012.

A survey takes an hour and produces a written quote with the glazing figures printed on it, so you can compare us against anybody else line by line. There is no discount for signing today, because the price is the price.
We fit within about six weeks of order, Monday–Friday, and clear the site every evening. If a pane arrives scratched we tell you before you notice — that has happened four times in twenty years, and we replaced all four.
