The generator above shuffles the whole bank. Below is the rest of it, laid out block by block, so you can read the words before you paste them anywhere.

Team bios
Mateo Salgado — Depot manager
Mateo has run the yard since 2018 and knows which vehicle suits a job better than most customers do. He will talk you out of a box van when a smaller one will take the load, which costs him money and saves you the parking problem at the other end.
Hanna Virtanen — Bookings & contracts
Hanna handles the hires, the licences and the paperwork that keeps the insurance valid. She is direct about what is not covered, which is the kindest way to be. Fifteen years in vehicle rental, and she has heard every version of “it was like that when I got it”.
Desmond Kirwan — Fleet & maintenance
Desmond prepares every vehicle before it leaves: tyres, fluids, straps, and the load bar people forget to ask for. He drives each van a kilometre or two after servicing, on the principle that a fault you can hear is a fault you can still fix.
Quotes
“Booked a box van with a tail lift at 17:00 and had it at 07:30 the next morning, swept out and full of fuel. The deposit was back on my card within two days.”
Owen Draycott, House move, one-day hire
“We hire a minibus four times a season for the club. Same vehicle, same price, and they hold it for us through the school holidays when everyone else is sold out!”
Bernadette Kroon, Sports club, seven years
“There was a scratch on the rear door I was certain I had not caused. They pulled up the collection photograph, it was already there, and that was the end of it. Thirty seconds, no argument.”
Yusuf Karabey, Regular van hire
FAQ answers
What insurance is included in the price?
Comprehensive cover with a $750 excess, plus breakdown assistance anywhere on the mainland. The excess can be reduced to $75 for $14 a day. Tyres, glass and the roof are the usual exclusions, and the excess reduction covers those as well.
Is there a limit on distance?
250 km a day, or 1,400 km a week, which covers most jobs comfortably. Beyond that it is $0.28 a kilometre, read off the odometer at both ends and itemised on the invoice. Tell us in advance about a long run and we will quote an unlimited rate.
Can I return the vehicle out of hours?
Yes. The key box by the gate takes returns until midnight, and the vehicle is checked at 08:00 the next morning against the photographs from your collection. If something is wrong we ring you before charging anything, which has happened twice this year.
Do you hire with a driver?
For minibuses and box vans, yes: $32 an hour with a four-hour minimum, including the driver’s break. It is the usual choice for events, and for a sixteen-seat minibus it removes the licence problem entirely. Book at least five working days ahead.
Closing lines
Tell us what you are moving rather than which vehicle you want. Half the hires that go wrong are a vehicle that was too small, and the other half are a driver who did not hold the right licence category.
The depot is open 07:00–18:00 on weekdays and 08:00–13:00 on Saturday, closed Sunday except for key-box returns. Book a fortnight ahead in July and at the end of any month, when about 70% of the vans go out at once.
