Danilo wrote the first version alone in nine weeks and has been carefully deleting it ever since. He is unreasonably strict about database migrations and unreasonably relaxed about nearly everything else. He answers on-call more often than the schedule says he should; we are working on that.
Naledi Sithole — Head of customer success
Naledi joined as employee number five from a hospitality background, which means she has lived this problem at 6am with a shift missing and no one answering the phone. She runs onboarding, writes most of the help documentation, and pushes back hard when engineering wants to move a button.

Will you still be here in five years?
A fair question to ask a young company. We are profitable, we have raised money once, and our monthly costs are covered by revenue rather than by the bank balance. If we ever do wind down, the commitment is ninety days’ notice and a full data export in an open format.
What does the platform actually cost?
Free for up to five seats, then $19 per seat per month, billed monthly. Annual billing saves 15% and is entirely optional. There is no enterprise tier with a hidden price — the same page shows the same numbers to everybody who visits it.
How is our data protected?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the region you choose, with an independent penetration test every year and the summary available on request. We do not sell data, we do not train models on it, and access by our own staff is logged and reviewed.
Can we try it properly first?
Yes — the full product, no card, no time limit under five seats. If you want a larger trial, ask and we will open one for 60 days. We would far rather you found out in week three that this is wrong for you than in month eleven.
Closing lines
