The generator above shuffles the whole bank. Below is the rest of it, laid out block by block, so you can read the words before you paste them anywhere.

Team bios
Hana Sørensen — Owner
Hana opened the shop at twenty-nine with a loan and a great deal of misplaced confidence, and is still here twenty years later. She does the buying, which means she has personally handled almost everything on the shelves and will tell you which of two similar things she would take home.
Elliot Vance — Shop manager
Elliot has run the floor since 2014 and knows the stock so well that people ring the shop to ask him whether something is still available rather than checking the website. He is unhurried in a way that turns out to be quietly contagious on a busy Saturday.
Devika Raval — Customer orders
Devika handles the online orders, the special requests and the returns, and she is the reason a parcel that goes missing gets sorted out in a day rather than a fortnight. Her recommendations by email have a slightly alarming hit rate.
Quotes
“I brought something back on day eighty-eight, with the tags still on and a slightly sheepish expression, and they refunded it without asking a single question. That is a shop I will keep going back to.”
Nils Ottesen, Returned a coat
“The strap on a bag I bought four years ago broke. They found a spare in a drawer, fitted it at the counter and then refused to charge me for it. Four years!”
Alison Cabral, Customer since 2019
“They did not have my size and told me straight out that the shop two doors down did — “go there, they are open until six”. I came back the following week and spent twice as much.”
Guillermo Fenn, First visit
FAQ answers
What are your opening hours?
9:30–18:00 from Monday to Saturday, 11:00–17:00 on Sunday, and late until 20:00 on Thursdays. The click and collect counter keeps the same hours. On public holidays we open 11:00–16:00 unless the sign on the door says otherwise.
Can I return something I bought online?
Yes, either by post with the label in the box or straight to the counter, which is faster and free. Ninety days, unused, with the tags on. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within three working days of it reaching us.
Do you hold stock for people?
For twenty-four hours, on a phone call, with no deposit — just give us a name. Beyond that we would rather put it back on the shelf than have it sitting in a box under the counter while somebody else is looking for it.
Do you match other shops’ prices?
Against a like-for-like item in stock at another shop or a real website, yes, within 10% and with the page in front of us. What we will not do is match a marketplace seller with no address and a three-week shipping estimate — that is not the same product or the same promise.
Closing lines
We are on the corner of the pedestrian street, two floors, blue door. Come in and handle things — that is what a shop is for, and the fitting rooms have a chair and a hook that actually holds a coat.
Open 9:30–18:00 most days and later on Thursdays. If you are coming in for something specific, ring first and we will put it behind the counter with your name on it — no deposit, no rush!
