The generator above shuffles the whole bank. Below is the rest of it, laid out block by block, so you can read the words before you paste them anywhere.

Team bios
Imogen Weatherall — Founder
Imogen sold holidays for eighteen years before starting this in 2012, mostly because she was tired of selling rooms she had never seen. She still takes the difficult telephone calls herself. Nine countries last year; she counts the flights and is not proud of the number.
Tunde Adeyemi — Groups & escorted tours
Tunde builds the escorted departures and walks every route before it goes on sale, which is how the 14 km day in the hills quietly became 11 km. He has led thirty-one group trips and remembers the name of everyone who booked a second one.
Beatriz Alonso — Customer care
Beatriz handles everything after the booking: the amendments, the special requests, the flight-time change that lands in your inbox at 22:00. She is the reason emails are answered the same day. Fluent in three languages and unflappable in all of them!
Quotes
“Our flight home was cancelled and Beatriz had us on another one before the airport screens had even updated. Two extra nights at the hotel and no argument about who was paying for what.”
Colin Radley, Travelled with us three times
“They talked us out of the resort we had chosen and into one £200 cheaper. When I asked why, the answer was “because the building work next door is not finished” — and it was not.”
Sandra Kilbride, Fourteen nights, half board
“I have booked online for years and saved perhaps £40 a time. This year I paid £1,020 and somebody met us at the airport who knew our name. I am not going back to a website.”
Julian Oyelaran, First package in twelve years
FAQ answers
When do I pay the balance?
Ten weeks before departure. We send a reminder at twelve weeks and again at eleven, because the only thing worse than a late payment is a cancelled holiday. Booking inside ten weeks means paying in full, but the price itself does not change.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, and we will ask for the policy number. It does not have to be a policy we sold you. What matters is that it covers medical costs, cancellation up to the value of the holiday, and any activity you are planning that involves a rope or an engine.
Can we change names on the booking?
Usually. Airline name changes cost anything between £35 and the full fare depending on the ticket, and we pass on exactly what we are charged. Changing a room name at the hotel costs nothing. Ask early — once check-in opens it becomes much harder.
What if the hotel is not as described?
Tell the representative the same day rather than on your return. Nine times in ten a room can be changed within two hours. If it cannot, we want it in writing while you are still there, because a complaint made in the resort is worth far more than one made afterwards.
Closing lines
If you know exactly what you want, book it yourself and save the twenty minutes. If you want somebody to tell you that the sea-view rooms face the car park, that is what we are for, and there is no charge for the conversation.
The office is open Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00, and later through January when everybody books at once. About 62% of next summer’s departures are already held by people who have travelled with us before.
