The generator above shuffles the whole bank. Below is the rest of it, laid out block by block, so you can read the words before you paste them anywhere.

Team bios
Dee Marchetti — Head coach
Dee has coached for fifteen years, mostly with people who arrive apologetic and leave arguing about their programme. She runs the beginner block and the Saturday strength class, and she holds a deadlift record for this building that the rest of the staff find genuinely irritating.
Tobias Kruger — Strength coach
Tobias came from competitive weightlifting and has spent the years since unlearning the idea that everybody needs to train like a competitor. He is the person to ask if your shoulder hurts on the bench, and the person who will tell you to go and see a physiotherapist.
Ren Matsuura — Classes & conditioning
Ren writes the class timetable and teaches most of the conditioning sessions. He counts down out loud in a way that makes the last thirty seconds feel survivable. Away from the floor he barely speaks, which surprises absolutely everyone at first.
Quotes
“I joined in February expecting to be the oldest and least fit person in the room. I was neither. At half six in the morning nobody has the energy left to judge anybody else.”
Marion Deleuze, Member, 14 months
“The induction was the whole difference. Forty-five minutes and somebody writing down “seat height 4, pin 6” on a card meant I never had to stand there guessing again.”
Ozan Yilmaz, Beginner programme
“Cancelling my old gym took two registered letters and a phone call. Cancelling here would take roughly eleven seconds, which is precisely why I have never done it!”
Hannah Sjoberg, Member since 2021
FAQ answers
Is there a contract or a joining fee?
Neither. Membership is $39 a month and stops when you say so — from the app, no phone call, no retention script. If you leave and come back within the year there is nothing to pay again. We would rather people came back than felt trapped.
When is the gym quietest?
Weekdays between 10:00 and 15:00 are calm, and 5:30–07:00 is busy but civilised. Peak is 17:30–19:30 Monday to Wednesday, when the free weights area gets genuinely crowded. The live counter on the website is accurate to about five minutes.
I have never trained before. Where do I start?
With the beginner programme: four sessions over a month, no more than five people, and a written plan at the end of it. It is included for new members. Roughly 40% of the people who join us have not set foot in a gym in a decade.
Can I freeze my membership?
Up to eight weeks a year, in blocks of one week, from the app. No reason required and nobody will ring to ask. Most people use it for holidays, a few for injuries, and quite a lot in the second half of January, which we find comforting.
Closing lines
Come and look around before you commit to anything at all. Somebody will walk you through both floors, show you the timetable, and let you use the place for a day — no card details, no follow-up calls.
We are open 5:30–23:00 Monday to Friday and 7:00–20:00 at weekends. The first session is the hard one. After that it is just a Tuesday, and you are just somebody who goes.
