Vera taught at a technical college for eleven years before moving online, and she still marks with a pen on printed work because she says a screen makes her generous. She wrote our assessment rubric and defends every line of it.

Omar rebuilds one course a term from scratch, on the theory that anything older than three years is quietly teaching last year's practice. He is the reason the flagship programme went from 16 weeks to 12 and lost nothing at all.

FAQ answers
Do I need prior qualifications?
For eleven of our fourteen courses, no. The three advanced ones ask for either a completed intermediate course or two years in the role, and where you are unsure we will look at a sample of your work rather than a list of certificates.
What if I miss a live session?
Recordings go up within 24 hours and the tutor posts a short written summary of anything that came out of the discussion. Miss more than four sessions of twelve and we will suggest moving you to the next cohort at no charge.
Is the certificate recognised by employers?
Our courses are quality-assured by an independent body that audits us every two years and samples marked work each term. We are careful with the word “accredited” – it means assessment was externally checked, not that any employer is obliged to accept it.
Can my employer be invoiced?
Yes. Send a purchase order and we will hold the place for 14 days. Payment terms are 30 days, and for groups of 12 or more we discount 15% and assign a single account contact who handles enrolments and reporting.
Closing lines
The next intake opens on 3 September and closes when the cohorts fill, which for the two most popular courses is usually about three weeks earlier than we expect. Syllabuses for all fourteen are free to download, with no form to complete first.
