Anneke Vos — Site owner
Anneke grew up in the farmhouse and took the field over from her father in 2016, when there were nine pitches and one tap. She marks out the grass herself every spring. If a pitch is not level, she is the one who will come and check it with a spirit level.
Marek Sedlák — Grounds & maintenance
Marek keeps the mower, the pump and the barrier running, usually all three in the same afternoon. He rebuilt the shower block over two winters. He speaks four languages and pretends to speak only two whenever somebody asks him to reverse a caravan for them.
Céline Aubert — Reception & bookings
Céline opens the office at 08:00 and knows which pitches catch the afternoon sun and which sit wet after a bad week. She will ask for the length of your outfit including the towbar, because in nine years nobody has ever measured that correctly.

FAQ answers
Can we arrive late in the evening?
Arrivals are from 13:00 and the gate stays open until 21:00. Later than that, ring ahead and we will leave your pitch number and a torch in the porch — but please pitch quietly and sort the paperwork out over breakfast.
Is there electricity on every pitch?
On the hardstandings, yes: 16A, metered and included in the rate. On grass, twenty-four of the forty pitches have a 10A hook-up at €5 a night and the rest are unpowered and cheaper. Bring at least 25 metres of cable.
Do you allow dogs on the site?
One dog per pitch, €3 a night, on a lead everywhere except the far hedge walk. We ask that they are not left alone in an awning, since a barking dog in an empty tent is the fastest way to spoil a quiet field.
What happens if the weather turns?
The field drains well but the bottom corner does not, so in a wet week we simply stop letting the lower pitches. Cancel more than seven days ahead and we refund everything except €15; inside seven days we would rather move your dates than keep your money.
Closing lines
There is no reception building, no wristband and no evening entertainment. There is a field, hot water, and somebody who can tell you when the tide turns. If that sounds thin, we are probably not the right site for you.
Booking for the following season opens on 1 November, and roughly 60% of the pitches go to people who stayed the year before. Ring rather than email if your dates are tight — the diary lives on paper and Céline answers between 08:00 and 18:00.
