The generator above shuffles the whole bank. Below is the rest of it, laid out block by block, so you can read the words before you paste them anywhere.
Hero lines
- Ninety minutes that are actually yours
- A facial, and nowhere to be
- Booked properly, never rushed
Every treatment starts with ten minutes of consultation, because the right facial in October is not the right one in June.
Six treatment rooms, one nail studio, and a firm policy of never double-booking a therapist to save fifteen minutes.
Open 9:00–20:00 Tuesday to Friday, 8:30–17:00 on Saturday, and late until 21:00 on the first Thursday of the month.
Team bios
Livia Costache — Salon owner, skin therapist
Livia opened the salon in 2015 after nine years working in other people's. She takes the consultations nobody else can solve, and she has a particular talent for telling somebody kindly that their eight-step routine is the problem. Two greyhounds, both thoroughly spoiled.
Nour Bensalah — Lash & brow specialist
Nour maps every lash set by hand and has been known to spend twenty minutes on the drawing before touching a single lash. She trained in three different techniques and is quietly opinionated about all of them. She bakes for the staff room on Fridays.
Delphine Roux — Nail technician
Delphine does the nail art that everybody photographs, and also the plain almond gel that half the regulars book without ever changing their mind. Fifteen years in and still faster than anyone expects. She has firm views about cuticle oil and she is right!
Quotes
“Livia looked at my skin for about thirty seconds and asked whether I had moved house recently. I had. Nobody had ever connected those two things, and I had spent €200 on products chasing it.”
Rosalind Kimathi, Facial course
“They made me come back for a patch test and I was quietly annoyed about the extra trip. Then a friend had a reaction at another salon two months later and I stopped being annoyed.”
Theo Vandenberghe, Brow tint
“Ninety minutes, no phone, somebody else's hands doing all the work. I have described it to three colleagues now as “the only appointment I never cancel”, and I meant it every time.”

FAQ answers
Do I need a patch test, and why?
For tinting, lash extensions and peels, yes — 48 hours before, and again if more than six months have passed since the last one. It takes two minutes. Reactions are uncommon but genuinely unpleasant, and a test is the only way to know beforehand rather than afterwards.
What happens if I need to cancel?
More than 24 hours ahead, no charge at all. Inside 24 hours we ask for 50% of the treatment, because an hour cannot be filled at that notice and the therapist has already turned other bookings away. Illness and emergencies are exceptions, and we never ask for proof.
Can I book a course rather than single treatments?
Yes, and for peels and lash work it is the sensible way round. A course of six is priced as five — €340 for six signature facials — and courses do not expire. Book the whole thing at once and you keep the same therapist the whole way through.
What should I do afterwards?
After a facial or a peel: nothing acidic for 48 hours, no sauna, and sunscreen even in November. After lashes: keep them dry for 24 hours and stop using an oil cleanser. We write the aftercare down, because nobody remembers it in the car park.
Closing lines
If it has been a long autumn, book the 60 minutes. It is not indulgent — it is an hour in which nobody can reach you, and the part that happens to your skin is almost secondary to that.
We are open Tuesday to Saturday, with late appointments on the first Thursday of every month. Gift cards start at €40 and never expire, which is more than the shopping centre will ever offer you.
