We started in 2014 with two people and one borrowed desk. Today there are nineteen of us, and the thing that has not changed is that whoever picks up the phone can answer your question without transferring you twice. Most of our work still comes from people who were recommended by someone we finished a job for years ago.
What we do
- Consultation — A ninety-minute session where we go through what you have, what is missing, and what it would take to close the gap. You leave with a written summary, whether or not you hire us.
- Project delivery — Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before anything starts. If the scope changes we re-quote in writing — you will never open an invoice and find a surprise on it.
- Ongoing support — A retainer for the small things that pile up: a change here, a question there. Most clients use four to six hours a month, and unused hours roll over for a quarter.
- Emergency call-outs — When something breaks at 4pm on a Friday, you get a person, not a ticket number. Average response time last year was 47 minutes.
Every project starts the same way: we ask what you have already tried. It is the fastest question there is. Nine times out of ten the answer tells us more than a two-hour briefing would, and it means we do not sell you something you have already found does not work.
